I hammered just over a 10 miler this a.m. I've included a map and some stats of the run which I hope you can view. I averaged 7:28/mile on a pretty hilly course, incline grades range from 6-8%. I'm feeling it now, but also feeling great.

Ok so I didn't run a 10 miler but I did put in 2 hours of trying to learn how to HULA. And people think it's just dancing! Yea, right!
Nice Maxe! I am sure you can get quite the workout with Hula dancing. Kendra and I used to take a west coast swing class and we worked our butts off! Love you!
